If your original purchase qualified for FREE postage and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product back to us.

All shipping costs and FREE shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. Items shipped outside the United Kingdom will be charged for additional shipping costs. If shipping your purchase outside the United Kingdom, please call before purchasing to attain all additional costs from our friendly customer service staff.

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorisation from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorisation prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at info@audiostoriesforkids.com for authorisation prior to making a return to minimise any delays in receiving your credit.

All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.
